Texland Impex knitted garment manufacturing floor in Tiruppur

About Us

A Tiruppur manufacturing house,
built one order at a time.

Established in 2007, we produce knitted garments for buyers who value consistency over promises. Everything we quote is something we make ourselves.

Our story

Growth without shortcuts.

What began in 2007 as a family-run stitching operation with a handful of machines has grown into a manufacturing house with its own cutting room, stitching floor, embroidery section, printing division and finishing department. The name on the door changed; the people and the standards did not.

Tiruppur gave us the ecosystem — spinning, knitting, dyeing and processing within a few kilometres — and we built the rest ourselves. Every expansion was funded by repeat orders rather than promises, which is why our capacity chart has never run ahead of our ability to deliver.

Production is planned line by line. Each order is tracked from fabric inward to final carton with in-line checks at cutting, stitching, printing and finishing, and a final AQL audit before packing. Nothing ships on a verbal approval.

Today the unit produces around 45,000 pieces a month across mens, ladies and kids wear, with 85+ industrial machines and an in-house printing division running automatic carousels and 120ft manual tables. Growth from here is the same as it always was — one order, done properly, at a time.

Vision & Mission

Our Vision

To be the Tiruppur manufacturing partner that international and domestic brands return to by default — recognised for dependable knitwear, honest delivery dates and a factory floor buyers are proud to show their own customers.

Our Mission

To manufacture every garment to an agreed, measurable standard: approved fabric, approved fit, approved print and a carton that leaves on the committed date. We invest in our own machinery and people so that quality is controlled, not outsourced.

Consistency

The same measurement, GSM and shade from the first piece of a programme to the last.

Transparency

Real capacity, real lead times and early warnings instead of last-minute surprises.

People first

Trained operators, documented wages, safe floors and long-serving supervisors.

Responsibility

Treated effluent, lower fabric waste and safer ink systems wherever the buyer allows.
