How an order moves through the unit

Fabric inward

Knitted fabric received, weighed, shade-sorted and tested for GSM, shrinkage and colour fastness before it enters the cutting room.

Cutting

Marker planning for optimum fabric utilisation, layered cutting and numbering of every panel to keep shade continuity per garment.

Stitching

Dedicated lines by product type across single needle, over lock and flat lock machines with in-line checkers at every section.

Checking & finishing

100% garment checking, trimming, measurement audit, steam pressing, tagging and carton packing to buyer specification.
