Fabric stage
GSM, width, shrinkage, colour fastness and shade continuity verified against the approved swatch before the roll is issued to cutting.

Cutting stage
Panel-wise audit for size, grain line and shade banding. Every bundle numbered to prevent shade mixing within a garment.

In-line stitching
Roving checkers at every section catch seam quality, SPI, needle damage and measurement drift while the line is still running.

Print approval
Strike-offs approved for placement, colour and handfeel; wash and rub tests run before bulk printing is released.
05
End-line & finishing
100% garment inspection, measurement audit against the buyer's chart, trimming, pressing and needle detection where required.
06
Final inspection
AQL-based final audit on packed cartons, with packing list, shade-wise cartoning and shipping mark verification.

Buyer-nominated third-party inspections and lab testing are welcomed at any stage. Our team keeps size sets, strike-offs and approved samples filed for the life of the programme so any dispute is settled against a physical reference.
Documentation for each order includes the approved measurement chart, fabric test records, in-line audit sheets and the final inspection report.
